What should be paid attention to when using Cake mixing Machine?Mostly the speed is the most important thing. You don't want cake to be pushed too fast and break. The more time you spend in the mix bowl the better. The cake just melts and starts to break down. Always try to leave more time to get the cake to complete mix. Also try to get the cake to a high temperature. A high temp is good for the cake to get a much better color.

Does Cake mixing machine need to be cleaned after use?Yes. Your mixer is most likely dirty after it uses its contents and must be cleaned before use. A good way to clean it is to use lukewarm water and a soft, dry sponge. This will gently scrape off the old cream and powder mixture. Once the new mixture has been added, the sponge can then be wiped clean, which ensures the new powder mixture is not clumpy. If the new mixing is very smooth, you may feel a sudden bumpy texture. This is normal and any clumps should be gently pulled out. The best way to remove clumps is to gently dip a spoon and pull out the cake batter.
How to use a Cake mixing machine? Most cake mixers come with a wide range of ingredients, and this can complicate things if you want to make a more complex cake which needs a different mix – like this. The cake mixers with the widest range have a large bowl with a small rubber ring which fits around the perimeter of the machine. Place an extra egg and a little butter in the bowl and make a few thin swirls. You want to build up with the mix over a few minutes and then reduce the intensity of your swirls, and use that volume as the mixing ratio.Cakes made by using a machine with a wide range of ingredients are very forgiving of mix consistency.
